Our school on Travis Air Force Base has been under construction for over a year. Our students have been packed into a tiny confined space with no place to roam. My students have repeatedly asked to have their broken tether ball pole fixed or replaced. That is why I am requesting the tether ball pole. One of my students also recently asked me, "How come we have multi million dollar jets all over the place but we can't get a basketball?" I had no reasonable answer for this basketball starved Air Force dependent and thought maybe we could have a bake sale. Luckily my wife, also a teacher, turned me on to Donors Choose. My students could really use basketballs for outside PE time. I hope you would be kind enough to consider my request.
