These material will make a difference in our student learning by allowing them the opportunity to strive toward academic excellence. Many students can not reach their highest level of academic achievement due to lack of resources. Due to the pandemic our district will conduct the first six weeks of learning virtually. Receiving Fire tablets for our student can improve their chances of being academically successful. If I had the money I would purchase all of the tablets myself. These tablets will be used during intervention and small group instruction to boost student's academic performance. As society is evolving, educators must make sure to educate the whole child to ensure their success in the world. These table will assist our students in highlighting supporting detail to determine the main idea of passages. These tablet can be used to look up unfamiliar words that may be seen in the text. Students will be able to utilize effective STAAR testing strategies such as anecdotal notes in the margins of each paragraph to ensure the best answer choice is chosen.
