Do you remember being in middle school and going class to class and sitting in the uncomfortable desks that were hard and the chair and desk were mounted together? Think of how uncomfortable those chairs and desks were and how you wanted to move in them but could not because they were attached to the desk. Its time for a change and to allow fidgety middle school students an opportunity to move while learning. Children need to move. Wobble Chairs as flexible seating, allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. In turn, this burns more calories and increases metabolism. It also helps keep young minds more alert and focused.
