Our school believes in preparing students to make informed choices. We would like to provide the tools, so that students will make the best health decisions. Physical fitness is important and essential for Health and Wellness. I'd like to give students every opportunity to learn effective valuable ways to keep their bodies healthy. Students really enjoy Physical Education. The plyometric boxes will help students to build and improve coordination, endurance, balance, flexibility, and strength. In my Physical Education classes, our students follow the five components of physical fitness. These five components includes: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Plyometric boxes will help to assist in a variety of routine drills and exercises during Physical Education classes.
