There are various types of engineering classes at our school: Intro to Engineering, Principles of Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Engineering Design and Development. Engineering Design and Development is the capstone course in our engineering pathway. Help me give my students 7 Arduino boards to learn how to do programming for devices such as robotic prosthetics. These arduinos will allow our students to not only learn how to incorporate arduinos into all of their projects, but also allow them to complete their senior capstone project, which is a robotic prosthetic hand. One of the groups in particular will be used to create an e-NABLE Ada hand, which will be using an arduino micro controller. The micro controller will be receiving signals from a Myo Armband, which will allow the user to wirelessly control their prosthetic.
