The Ninja Warrior course in the gym will challenge students upper body, balance and concentration. While having fun students will be working on their fitness and physical skill. The Bosu balls will be used as floating steps that students will have to leap from ball to ball. The hanging Ninja course will be a test of their upper body but will be hung low enough that those that struggle with this can work on their upper body at their own pace. They will be given time at each station to practice and then have the opportunity to attempt the entire course.
