I am so excited about starting a book club at my school! Of course we could always check out books at a library, but I would love for my students to be able to start a personal collection of literature we have discussed. Teacher's funds are not able to go very far, therefore, I need a little help. These books were personally selected to include various lexile levels which will help to increase success and improve reading fluency. They will be used to create discussion with the hopes of having students that don't normally contribute in the classroom to contribute at Book Club. They will also address character and increase self-esteem. Students will be able to add to or even begin their personal library.
