I am a first year teacher and I do not have the supplies to help my students continue to foster their love for not only reading but learning. I need help creating a listening library so that my students can have access to another tool during literacy. Students will have access to the listening library every day during our literacy block or if they finish their work early. Right now students are relying on very minimal letter sounds and pictures to tell the story. It would be so special to see their faces light up because they are able to read a book by listening to the words! Reading is just so important for their future. Therefore, creating this love for reading is extremely important to me.
