Graphic novels, non-fiction books, and high interest/low readability books are sure to draw in even the most reluctant readers! These books were carefully chosen to captivate middle school students' interests, while offering access to lower reading levels. Students who struggle with reading will be thrilled when they see mature books offered at their reading levels! ALL students will be more motivated to read when they have access to a high interest and enticing classroom library! Research shows that more time spent reading improves not only reading scores, but overall educational achievement! It is critical that struggling readers, especially, spend more time reading books! The graphic novels, informational texts and high interest/low readability books chosen for this project will draw middle school students of all reading interests and abilities. The books chosen for this classroom library will convincingly beckon to students, "Read Me!"
