This project will allow for my kids to get on a Chromebook at least once a day to practice writing, math skills, or to engage in research or reading. If our class gets these 5 Chromebooks, it will mean learning how to manipulate texts online, among other skills and have that test readiness that is imperative for success. The students are highly motivated by technology and engaged in purposeful learning activities including Freckle, Epic Reading, Khan Academy and Wonderopolis. The success of this project would allow me to harness that motivation and engagement and turn my students into 21st century learners.

About my class
