My students love social studies! They're learning about states and capitals, presidents, and how to be leaders in our community. To accomplish our goals, we use chrome books to research projects, listen to articles, and participate in webquests. We also play educational games that help us learn about the world around us. Unfortunately, we only have three pairs of headphones to share among the class. This limits the amount of comprehension and focus that each child needs to absorb the material. A class set of headphones would allow my students to block out distractions from other students so they could concentrate on their individual projects.
