I have a larger classroom this year, which will afford me the opportunity to provide my students with flexible seating options and a cozy reading nook. The materials I've requested will help provide my students with an environment that is most conducive to their individual learning styles. The stools, floor chairs, fluorescent light filters, and CD player will help create a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable learning environment for my students! The stools will give them an additional option for seating during our lesson (besides hard plastic chairs) and the cozy floor chairs will be available to students while reading independently. The fluorescent light filters and CD player will help make our classroom welcoming and ready for readers!
