There is no bad energy; if it is within your body to move that is part of you and that is good. I truly believe this. The same energy that makes it tough to sit still in class has positive angles too; it will likely one day serve your career well and often leads to you being good at sports now. That being said, many of my students are very busy and they need to move A LOT. The traditional set up of my small classroom with the thirty-something desks needed to hold the kids for my classes does not allow for me to allow movement easily. This leads many of them to lose focus or go for a quick walk to get out some energy then refocus which causes them to lose needed instruction. If they had a way to get our "the wiggles" in the class all of this could be avoided. Bouncy bands and stools would help get the wiggles out.
