My art class is unique in that my main objective is to teach students what it takes to gain mastery in a skill. They often come in to my class assuming they will be bad at art, but many of them leave feeling like their potential is limitless. Through this project, my students will be empowered by seeing that the things they buy and consume can be made by them! My hope is to show them that with the right attitude, they can figure out anything on their own and possibly even become an entrepreneur.
