Many of the students going on this trip have never been to a professional symphony orchestra concert, especially one that is in a beautiful performance venue and has world-caliber players and conductors. Exposing students to this level of orchestral playing will not only be inspirational to them but also highly educational. They are beyond thrilled at the idea of going to see the Symphony perform. After the Symphony concert, it is my hope students will be inspired to continue working hard during rehearsal and practicing their instrument. I also hope students will see how their instrument and music can continue to be apart of their life after high school.

About my class
