Students will be able to assess themselves and their effort in the classroom with Polar heart rate monitors or Heart Zones heart rate monitors. Also, the students will be able to compete with their classmates in target heart rate zones as we will project their scores up on the wall. We have detected heart flutters by using these in schools. So this way of monitoring our students has shown great efforts at providing a healthy experience to students within physical education. Thank you for taking time to think about and looking at the new materials we would like to bring to PE at out school.
