As an autism teacher, I look for different ways to keep my students engaged and motivated to learn. Offering a variety of different incentives and rewards helps stimulate on-task behavior and attention to goals. There are many activities my students can complete while seated in a beanbag chair! Additionally, I have some students who are still in the "learning to learn" part of their education, and 6 hours at a desk is just too much time for them. Being able to offer a beanbag chair as an alternative to the desk chair or the floor would be amazing!
