Having two Mac Minis in my classroom would allow for my Yearbook and English students to design projects in a whole new light with more design options available to them! We are majorly short on desktop computers in our district, which does not lend well to my kids creative spirits for completing projects which aren't easily made on handheld devices. Having Mac minis in my classroom will allow for students to have a wider skillset when it comes to technology, and will give them a leg up in the real world, college, or work force after leaving our district. We already have iPads in the classroom, so having another Apple product to sync with and use together would be a total game changer! We currently are ahead of the game with personal devices but lack the funds from the district to provide classroom centered devices. Having these in my classroom would allow for very creative projects to come to life! These new devices would be a great addition and so much appreciated!
