As a 2nd year school counselor with 16 years of teaching experience, I bring a deep understanding of the classroom dynamics, challenges students face, and the importance of emotional support in a child's development. I’ve worked with a wide range of students, each with unique backgrounds and needs. This experience has shaped my approach as a counselor, allowing me to connect with students to help them navigate academic hurdles personal and emotional challenges. I am committed to creating a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment where students can grow emotionally and socially, alongside their academic achievements. I provide individual counseling, group sessions, and classroom lessons on topics such as social emotional learning, conflict resolution, and stress management. I also collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and admin to ensure that every student receives the holistic support they need.
