It is natural for kids in the elementary level to want to move and have fun. Unfortunately many of my students do not have exercise equipment at home because many come from low income homes and suffered terribly during the Covid pandemic. These supplies, the jump ropes and balls, will help these students remain active and healthy during remote or in person learning. It will also encourage our students to exercise at home and stay motivated to live a long and healthy lifestyle. As we know exercise among kids are important in improving their overall health.

About my class
