Every 4th, 5th and 6th grader in my school gets to be part of the band or orchestra. I teach the band. The band is a big part of the community and will be performing 2 formal concerts throughout the year as well as performing at other school functions. By donating to this project, students will be given the opportunity to be successful on their instruments! Many of my students are low income and cannot afford the reeds necessary to play their clarinets, bass clarinets and alto saxophones. They are so eager to learn and get better. With your help, these kids will be getting the gift of making music!
