I am so lucky to work at a vocational technical school. my class set of iPads are a valuable asset in my educational toolkit. I am using them to transition to a digital workflow environment. With the MEKO Universal styli (digital pens) I can promote the benefits of handwriting while still remaining digital and reducing paper waste. This device will take my digital workflow one step further. The combination of of the iPads and the styli will allow my students to have a digital archive of all the work they do. Their digital archive will include handwritten notes and annotations of primary and secondary sources. I am particularly excited for how these tools will help students with special needs in my inclusion classes with organization and information processing.
