Children often look forward to new clothes or shoes at the beginning of the school year and some can anticipate more as they grow out of them during the year. For many of the students, this is not always the case. For a variety of reasons, some of my students' families are unable to provide them with enough uniforms to last the school year. By funding this project, we will be able to provide uniforms to students in need and they will feel welcome and connected with the rest of the students that are coming to school in uniform.
