This classroom rug will give my kindergarten environment an aura of belonging and community. As we welcome them into the new school year, a large part of our day will be gathering together in this space to share ideas, listen to stories of all genres, conduct our morning meetings and explore their personalized learning interests. This "circle time" rug will allow me to connect on a more personal level with my class and better explain lesson objectives and meet their personal needs for students of all ability levels. We can't wait to learn and grow as a class!
