These uniforms will continue to build my student-athletes self-esteem and build on their confidence. My students are in one of the most impoverished neighborhoods in the city. The drop out rate of students in this neighborhood of South Memphis is at an all-time high and increasing. Parental support is nonexistence since my tenure as a teacher and coach. I want to present hope as well something to do that builds on character and responsibility. My school is limited in funds and resources that I must use my own finances when available and seek outside resources to hopefully assist in my vision for these students. I want these students to have things, enjoy experiences and look as good as any other team. These uniforms will not only be for the present but for the upcoming students to come. I am a firm believer that sports brings about a bond in humans and eliminates any racial disparities for the concept of teamwork. The best way for me to attempt to help my school out is to present an outlet for kids to learn the game of football while learning life skills that will take them farther than their​ neighborhood ever will. Uniforms are a necessity to team sports. This project will intensify an aid in their levels of education and sports. My objective is for them to want to strive for greatness and understand that goals are attainable. Help me give my student-athletes some new uniforms it will be an outstanding gift to a great group of kids now and for upcoming students. New uniforms has so many attributes for these students it will help in boosting their attendance, positive behavior, confidence, and most importantly their grades.
