My goal is to help my students with their reading skills by using the high interest educational kits that will intrigue their interest. These kits will allow me to differentiate my instruction for each student based on their individual needs. My higher level students will use the high interest nonfiction text kit, my middle level students will benefit from close reading and text evidence kits, and finally my lower level learners will need the match and sort phonics kit. My variety of learners include; english language learners who are reading at a kindergarten level and all the way up to students that are part of our gifted/enrichment program. With the variety of learners it makes it harder to find resources to help each type of learner. These kits will benefit all learners in my classroom.
