IXL is a practice website for curriculum-based skills, with unlimited questions on thousands of math topics and a comprehensive reporting system for differentiation and engaging skill practice in the classroom. Flocabulary provides an engaging opportunity to introduce, practice, and review concepts related to all areas of the curriculum. There are weekly current events videos to highlight what's going on around the world in a way that is digestible for elementary students. These resources would be used independently, as well as whole class, to solidify learning concepts from the curriculum. IXL provides students with instant feedback for reflection and correcting mistakes during math practice. The songs from Flocabulary are intelligent and catchy, easy to remember and helpful when applying strategies or rules. They are short, to the point, and available to be repeated. It's a perfect package!
