This year we are focusing on incorporating more technology into our classrooms. As we have replaced some older technology, we have found that our classroom speakers are not working well, or are not compatible with new classroom resources. We believe that having Bluetooth speakers in classrooms will enhance student learning, as they can be used for whole class, small group, and differentiated instruction. Also, our 5th graders are recording video announcements this year, so it is imperative each class has properly working speakers in order to watch the announcements. Bluetooth speakers would allow teachers to play videos in their classes, to go on virtual field trips, and allow students to make their own videos for technology projects!
