Many of my students struggle to get to school for various reasons. Many of them barely have time to stop for breakfast or pick up lunch. As a school we created days like Tasty Tuesday and Waffle Wednesday where we provide a more lavish breakfast for our students rather than the boxed cereal the cafeteria provides. Many of the ingredients needed for these breakfast spreads need to be stored in a refrigerator. We also have community meals together every month and need a big refrigerator to store the food. Since our students are not allowed to enter the building with beverages due to security reasons, in the colder months we would like to offer coffee and hot chocolate as beverage choices. We are also, starting up a few new sports teams this year and a ice machine would greatly help provide our athletes with a refreshing drink during a long game! Please help me provide the type of environment students love coming to each day.
