Distance learning is introducing new ways of delivering knowledge to students through technology. However, there are still some things that will continue to stay reliable. The whiteboard has been the center of my teaching and is still something that is important and effective for my students throughout distance learning. After inheriting a set of older class whiteboards from another teacher, our boards are finding themselves on its last legs of use. With the plastic coverings ripping off like old stickers and marker smudges that tormented many cleaning products, it's time to start retiring them. Especially in a time like this where whiteboards can be used as a quick mode of communication during distance learning, it's important for my students to have quality learning tools that'll give them ways to communicate their work in a more hassle free way. My students will be using these boards and markers on a weekly basis and it will help them a lot when they can avoid the frustrations of something not erasing.
