I teach the CTE class at my school. CTE is Career and Technical Education, we use computers along with other hands on things to explore the world of work and careers. It helps my middle school students when at the end of 8th grade to make choices for their high school pathway. When 30 plus kids are in the lab it can get noisy and loud as they are listening to the programs and asking questions. Ear-buds will allow each student to concentrate on their individual choices and what they want to do. the students are also most comfortable with ear-buds as that is what they use with their personal devices.
