My classroom is filled with 21 fun-loving and energetic learners. Most of our students receive free or reduced-price lunches and are English Language Learners. I want to create a safe and fun environment for my students where they have every opportunity to learn and can "reach higher and dream bigger"! Scholarship Prep is a public, tuition-free, charter school located in the heart of Santa Ana, CA. Understanding the national emphasis on ensuring students are "college and career ready", and knowing the fiscal difficulties for families being able to pay for college for their children, the concept for Scholarship Prep was born. The name of the school refers to the mission of proving scholarship pathways for students through rigorous academics and intensive athletics and arts. Our mission is to provide a pathway of success while closing the achievement gap for all students, including foster youth and those underserved.
