"Building Success" is our school's theme this year. We need several sets of LEGO Classic Building Sets, LEGO Rainbow Builders, LEGO City Building Sets, LEGO Friends Sets, and other LEGO themed items like pencils and rulers to offer as prizes in our School Store. Students earn tokens throughout the day that have a monetary value and then can use the financial literacy concepts to shop for the prizes at our School Store. They will be using counting and addition skills when deciding to save tokens for larger items or spend their tokens on smaller trinkets. Then if they spend some they will have to use subtraction to determine how many tokens they have left. This School Store will increase financial awareness in all of our students and provide positive rewards for positive behavior at the same time.
