Since I only have a desktop computer, I need to set it up on a desk. Since my projector is at the front I would need to set up in the front of the classroom which takes up valuable space that can be used to space the students out. That way I can also be presenting and also move around the classroom and connect better with the students. My students will be more engaged in their learning if they see and hear me from the front of the classroom and I can prepare materials and not have the technology be a hindrance. I can also bring the laptop to them so they can interact with what I am presenting if they feel uncomfortable standing in front of the classroom. Some students will also be remote for short periods of time and I will need to be on Google meet and having the laptop will allow me to stay up at the front and move around the classroom and still teach to those at home also.
