I am able to teach a group of goofy, clever, compassionate, and bonded 5th graders. Our school is an option school that uses expeditionary learning. What this means is that we pick an expedition for the year and then our learning is connected to that topic as much as possible. Our expedition this year is immigration. We will have projects based around immigration that will integrate subjects together. This kind of learning turns out students that are creative and motivated. I am a first year teacher and am still gathering the things I need in order to have a classroom that gives my students all the best. Please help me do that!
