Students will get to experience what its like in other parts of the world, some topics will engage them to explore interests that they have. It's a very interactive magazine that lends itself to a lot of ideas for writing. Especially when we do opinion writing they can refer back to the magazine to back up their opinion. In addition to the great content the graphics in the magazine are very cool and colorful, which keeps the students engaged while reading about a variety of topics. Best of all its also full of age appropriate vocabulary, which helps reading comprehension. It will tremendously make a difference in their understanding of the world around them, and help them become deep thinkers, and begin to form opinions about things going on in the world.
