As with most preschool children, my students will benefit from all of these hands on activities. More specifically, the number boards with pegs will help teach one to one correspondence as well as teach numbers 1-10. The number knock down will help reinforce numbers by adding a gross motor element to the learning process. The magnetic color maze will teach my students colors and sorting while sparking their curiosity of magnets and how they work. The various shape activities will help the children familiarize themselves with the names of the shapes and their attributes, beginning their geometry skills. I strongly believe every single one of these activities will benefit every child that comes in contact with them.
