Our 1970s classroom with orange carpeted walls (yes...walls) needs some work— a white board, a chill-out corner/listening station with pillows, cd player, and headphones will really help make this space a quality learning environment. Many of the instruments we use are old and often need repair. I can save money by doing repairs myself but I need basic tools like a mouthpiece puller (mouthpieces often get stuck in brass instruments), spring hook, and extra key pads. Playing an instrument can be expensive and many families cannot keep up with the costs. I want to set up a borrowing library for my students with extra books, music, and instrument supplies. These items will go directly to students!
