I have been teaching for almost 2 decades and have been able to reach and connect to many students. It is my dream that students will understand Art as a means of expression, but also as a tool to learn about the world around them. We need Ipads to learn how to digitally publish our artwork. We will also be able to use the Ipads to take virtual tours of museums around the world. This is an exciting way to take students to places that they only read about in books and see on TV. It encourages students to believe that anything is possible and travel is not out of their reach. Last year, our computer lab was damaged by Hurricane Harvey so adding to our technology tools is our optimal goal!
