My students have expressed a vested interest in learning how to live a healthier lifestyle. A class pedometer set would be one "step" in the right direction! Walking is one exercise that won’t cost you anything beyond time and there are endless health benefits. Pedometers are a quick and easy way to challenge the students to be more physically active and promote an active lifestyle. With Covid 19 restrictions severely hampering what our normal Physical Education program looks like, I would love get the students walking outside the school as part of the daily P.E.
