Our students need more computers--Chromebooks, specifically. We have a few that are shared between classrooms, but most kids get just a session per week using these. Several teachers at our school are banding together to request a Chromebook each, with the hopes of building our school's inventory so that more students will get more access to tools they need to navigate through a twenty-first century life. This Chromebook will become a part of a set of Chromebooks that will move from classroom to classroom as needed. Students use Chromebooks for writing, for math, for science, for special projects--even for music class. Students also need Chromebooks for tests they take throughout the year.
