We have limited space and equipment to make our girls and boys golf teams effective and competitive. It would help to also recruit more golfers if the designated facilities were a prominent and a permanent facility on campus. Pacheco High students do not realize that we have golf teams on campus because we currently have no permanent facility that they can see. Having a specific location for our hitting mats and nets would help create a practice facility that will enable practice to flow well and create a match type of atmosphere. We would like to have a permanent pitching area, sand bunker, putting green, and hitting mats for our nets. This would create multiple stations with less set up time.
