This year I decided that I was going to flip my classroom and move the day to day lecture and copy notes portion of class to homework, instead of spending time on those activities in class. In the process of flipping my classroom instruction I did not realize the lack of technology access that my students students had. I have been supplementing their lack of technology with old, unreliable devices that my family and friends have donated to me. I am looking to provide reliable, consistent access to technology so that they can participate in the online classroom activities. The Kindle Fire's WiFi capability will allow students to access Google Classroom and online materials and videos. By providing access to students I am able to ensure my classroom is a more equitable environment.

About my class
