My students are all vastly different learners, with a wide range of learning differences. These differences make it difficult for them to access curriculum like their general education peers. As a special education teacher, I work hard to tailor instruction to each of my scholars' unique needs, often times relying on one outdated classroom computer to bridge help the gap. With a set of Fire tablets, my scholars would be able to have a technology station where they can access the many apps on the market that provide differentiated instruction and interventions. These technologies will also offer me an opportunity to be a more effective teacher because of the seamless data collection provided by these apps.
