A recent study found that 30 minutes of exercise can help students with ADHD focus and manage moods. It can even eliminate or decrease the need for stimulate medication used to treat ADHD. These exercise bikes will enhance the learning process tremendously and allow my students to raise to their full potential. It will help students to improve attention, sharpen social skills, and learn more effectively. More importantly, having an exercise bike in the classroom will help decrease obesity which is also a growing concern in America. It will also help students who are going through going pains. It would be a needed addition to a class full of rambunctious students.

About my class
