Many of my students do not have access to different music instruments at home. With the additions of these two instruments to the classroom, student will have the opportunity to learn music methods in a variety of ways. These xylophones help develop motor skills within students. They are beneficial both in and out of the classroom. Students will have the opportunity compose their own musical compositions! These xylophones will provide different opportunities for students to experience different genres and cultures of music! We have many cultural backgrounds and my plan is to use these instruments to help learn about each culture while playing as an ensemble and composing their own music.
