Our school opted out of purchasing rugs for kindergarten this year. We had rugs last year, but they were discarded due to their condition. We have new rubber seat spots, which are great for mobility and simplicity but are also a distraction for the children. ALOT of time and learning opportunities are spent on the rug in kindergarten. We have circle time, story time, as well as lesson openers on our rug. It would be great to make this space as comfortable and warm as possible this school year and years to come. Every child should have a warm start to their scholastic careers 😊
