These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. The book, the Essential 55, is one students really enjoy; it stresses employability, school, and life skills. Every student in my AVID class will receive their own personal book in order to participate in a book study and discussion group. I've never been able to provide each student with their own book and I think it will truly enhance the experience and promote the life-long retention of the material. Thank you for helping me to provide these resources for the students.
