The students need a learning environment that is nurturing while accommodating their sensory needs. I intend on fostering this type of environment by providing Flex-Space Balance Ball Seats, Loopeez fidgets, gel bead sensory shapes and other educational materials that meet the diverse learning needs of each of my young learners. Students with exceptional learning needs aren't always able to learn in a traditional classroom setting. By having educational products available in the room that match the students' senses and skills is beneficial to students. These materials will encourage communication, participation, and social skills. The items requested will really just scratch the surface of much needed materials but it's a great start to what will be a great year!
