My project for my students is to give them materials to use to help them utilize learning stations in the classroom. The Chromebooks will help the students reinforce their math skills by allowing them to utilize math websites for extra practice in a technology station. Many of my students don't have access to the internet at home and are unable to utilize the activities that are available to them on the internet. Having Chromebooks in the classroom will allow them the opportunity to utilize these resources. The websites contain fun math games that will help reinforce skills needed while having fun at the same time. VersaTiles will also add some fun in the students learning. These are a wonderful way to promote independent work, within stations, with the ability to self check their work for immediate feed back. These are wonderful ways for the students to become successful in the classroom. With these resources my students will be able to have fun while learning. My main goal is to help my students to become successful. The products I have selected will aid in this goal. It will allow them to work in groups during station time to emphasize the skills needed to become successful while still having fun.
